Overview -
In the summer of 1999 I was given the opportunity to go abroad to Brazil as an international trainee via the organization IAESTE. I worked on the computer company EBS Sistemas in the city of Curitiba, South Brazil. My experiences from this summer were fantastic and in retrospect I am really glad I actually did go when the opportunity came along. The Brazilians are very friendly and outgoing people who you can easily get in contact with - even if one, like me, doesn't speak Portuguese :-)
The pictures below shows some of the people I worked with and other exchange students I met in Curitiba along with some photos from different excursions, not the least from magnificent »Foz do Iguaçu« (Iguaçu Falls) on the border to Uruguay and Argentina.
